About volcanic water Detox: Pre-Reterat Cleanses

Digestive Cleansing Before the Retreat

The pre-retreat digestive cleanse, also known as detoxification, is Phase 4 of the 7 phases of health and safety for patients at WAYRA SPIRIT. This detox is conducted at the patient’s hotel or lodge in Cusco, supervised by our specialized staff. The session, held from 9:30 a.m. to noon, involves drinking 4 liters of medicinal volcanic water to eliminate food waste and toxins from the body through bowel movements.
