Process of Cleansing and Energy Release

During the retreat, you will experience a process of cleansing and releasing negative energies and past events. You will leave behind illnesses and problems and become more self-aware. In the tranquil environment of our retreat center, you will disconnect from noise, traffic, and stress, and be close to beautiful lakes and mountains that surround us. This is your opportunity to redefine your past, present, and future.

Retreat Activities

During your stay, you will be under our special care and assistance to ensure you feel comfortable and fully informed. We have prepared the following activities for you:

  • Energy unification ceremony
  • Energy cleansing ceremony (Kuti)
  • Ceremony offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth)
  • Two spiritual healing sessions

In addition, you will have free time to process all the information and feelings that arise during the retreat, as well as time for meditation and rest. We ensure that you will be able to maintain, cultivate, and integrate your healing experiences. We will support you in interpreting your sensations and emotions during group discussions and conversations. You will return feeling connected to Mother Earth, with a deep inner peace and renewed motivation.

The retreat includes:

  • Transportation from your accommodation to the retreat center and back.
  • Volcanic Water Ceremony (Physical Detox).
  • Energy unification ceremony with coca leaves.
  • Coca leaf reading ceremony.
  • Kuti Ceremony – Energy cleansing.
  • Two spiritual healing ceremonies.
  • Pachamama or Mother Earth offering ceremony.
  • Two shamans, one Andean and one Shipibo (spiritual guides) for each ceremony. If the group reaches a maximum of 12 participants, two shamans are included.
  • A ceremony assistant who will help participants during the entire retreat and in different ceremonies. If the group reaches its maximum of 12 participants, two assistants are included.
  • Translation from Quechua/Spanish to English.
  • Group meeting – Introduction to the shamans (spiritual guides) and discussion about the different ceremonies to be held.
  • Group meeting – Opportunity to share experiences and teachings obtained during the ceremonies, with an explanation of visions. Consultations available before and after the ceremonies.
  • All food and drinks follow a simple and delicious vegetarian diet, suitable for spiritual healing.
  • Accommodation: Our facilities offer shared rooms for up to three people, as well as shared bathrooms to cover basic needs.

Program

Day 1

  • 09:00 – Pick-up from your hotel to the retreat center
  • 10:00 – Meet the WAYRA SPIRIT staff and orientation of the center (facilities)
  • 10:30 – Group meeting – Introduction to the shamans (spiritual guides), discussion about the different ceremonies to be performed
  • 11:30 – Energy unification ceremony with coca leaves
  • 11:45 – Coca leaf reading ceremony
  • 13:30 – Kuti Ceremony – Energy cleansing
  • 14:30 – Relaxation time, preparation with personal meditation
  • 18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony / Time for meditation in the main hall
  • 19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony.

Day 2

  • 08:00 – Breakfast
  • 09:00 – Group meeting – Opportunity to share experiences and teachings obtained during the ceremony and explanation of visions
  • 10:30 – Individual consultation with the shaman
  • 11:30 – Relaxation time, preparation with personal meditation
  • 15:00 – Massage session
  • 18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony / Time for meditation in the main hall
  • 19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony.

Day 3

  • 08:00 – Breakfast
  • 09:00 – Group meeting – Opportunity to share experiences and teachings obtained during the ceremony and explanation of visions
  • 10:00 – Individual consultation with the shaman
  • 10:30 – Ceremony offering to Pachamama or Mother Earth
  • 11:30 – Group photo with the shamans
  • 12:00 – Transportation back to Cusco.

Private retreats are available, offering more flexibility in the itinerary. Private retreats can be arranged depending on reservation availability and for an additional fee.

Diet

The Universe is Wise, Energy is Powerful, Love is Infinite Guidelines Before Your Ceremony

Dietary Recommendations

Avoid: Alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, chocolate, canned foods, red meat, pork, cured meats, spicy foods, excessive salt and sugar, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
Duration: Maintain these restrictions for 7 days before the retreat.
Recommended Foods: Eat healthy and organic foods. White meats such as chicken and fish are allowed, which are particularly beneficial for the brain. Dishes like ceviche and leche de tigre are recommended, provided they are prepared without chili.

Medications

Avoid: Prescription medications, birth control pills, antibiotics, injections, natural supplements, and vitamins during the week before and during the retreat.
Communication: If you are taking necessary medications, please contact us before the retreat.

Health Requirements

We reserve the right to decline participation in the retreat for people with:

  • Pregnancy
  • Heart surgery or pacemakers
  • Blood diseases
  • Mental illnesses like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder

Sexual Activity

Recommendation: Refrain from sexual activity, including masturbation, for 2 days before the retreat to maintain optimal energy levels during the ceremonies.

Spiritual and Mental Preparation

Practices: Practice meditation, prayer, yoga, or other spiritual practices before the retreat. If you do not have an established practice, a sincere personal prayer in the morning and at night is recommended.
Attitude: Maintain honesty, love, respect, humility, courage, and mental and spiritual strength before and during the retreat.

Diet the Night Before and the Day of the Ceremony

Night Before: Eat a hearty and healthy dinner, respecting dietary restrictions.
Day of the Ceremony: You will fast and only be allowed to drink water.
