You will have free time to find peace and prepare your body, mind, and soul to process the experiences gained during the ceremonies.

Our team will explain and support you throughout the retreat activities, including the opportunity to analyze and interpret your experiences. Creating a safe and comfortable space for healing and integration is our top priority. You will participate in various ceremonies, including:

The retreat includes:

  • Transportation (from the hotel to the retreat center and back)
  • Volcanic Water Ceremony (Physical Detox)
  • Energy Unification Ceremony with coca leaves
  • Coca Leaf Reading Ceremony
  • Kuti Ceremony – Energetic Cleansing
  • Three spiritual healing ceremonies
  • Pachamama or Mother Earth Offering Ceremony
  • Two shamans, Andean and Shipibo (spiritual guides) per ceremony; if the group reaches a maximum of 12 participants, two shamans will be included
  • One ceremony assistant who will facilitate participants’ needs throughout the retreat and in the different ceremonies; if the group reaches 12 participants, two assistants will be included
  • Psychological support
  • Quechua/Spanish to English translation
  • Group meeting – Presentation of the shamans (spiritual guides), discussion about the different ceremonies to be held
  • Group meeting – Opportunity to share experiences and teachings obtained during the ceremonies and explanation of visions; consultations available before and after the ceremonies
  • All meals and drinks follow a simple and delicious vegetarian diet suitable for working with medicinal plants
  • Accommodation: Our facilities include shared dorms with space for three people, as well as shared bathrooms to cover basic needs
  • Medical examination 24 hours before the start of the retreat
  • Medical staff: A nurse will always be present during the ceremonies

Program

Day 1

  • 09:00 – Pickup from your hotel to the retreat center
  • 10:00 – Meet the WAYRA SPIRIT staff and orientation of the center (facilities)
  • 10:30 – Group meeting – Introduction to the shamans (spiritual guides), discussion about the different ceremonies to be performed
  • 11:30 – Energy unification ceremony
  • 11:45 – Coca leaf reading ceremony
  • 13:30 – Kuti ceremony – Energetic cleansing
  • 14:30 – Relaxation time, preparation through personal meditation
  • 18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony / Time for meditation in the main hall
  • 19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony

Day 2

  • 08:00 – Breakfast
  • 09:00 – Group meeting – Opportunity to share experiences and teachings obtained during the ceremony and explanation of visions
  • 10:30 – Individual consultation with the shaman
  • 11:30 – Relaxation time, preparation through personal meditation
  • 15:00 – Massage session
  • 18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony / Time for meditation in the main hall
  • 19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony

Day 3

  • 08:00 – Breakfast
  • 09:00 – Group meeting – Opportunity to share experiences and teachings obtained during the ceremony and explanation of visions
  • 10:00 – Individual consultation with the shaman
  • 10:30 – Relaxation time, preparation through personal meditation
  • 11:30 – Group meditation (optional)
  • 18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony / Time for meditation in the main hall
  • 19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony

Day 4

  • 08:00 – Breakfast
  • 09:00 – Group meeting – Opportunity to share experiences and teachings obtained during the ceremony and explanation of visions
  • 10:00 – Individual consultation with the shaman
  • 10:30 – Pachamama or Mother Earth Offering Ceremony
  • 11:30 – Group photo with the shamans
  • 12:00 – Return transport to Cusco

Note

– Private retreats are also available, offering more flexibility in the itinerary. Private retreats can be booked depending on availability and for an additional fee.

– Any participant may book an extra massage session for an additional price per session.

The Universe is Wise, Energy is Powerful, Love is Infinite Guidelines Before Your Ceremony

Dietary Recommendations

  • Avoid: Alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, chocolate, canned food, red meat, pork, deli meats, spicy foods, excess salt and sugar, colorings, artificial flavors, and preservatives
  • Duration: Follow these restrictions for 7 days before the retreat
  • Recommended diet: Consume healthy, organic foods. White meats like chicken and fish are allowed and especially beneficial for the brain. Dishes like ceviche and leche de tigre are recommended, as long as they are prepared without chili.

Medications

  • Avoid: Prescription medications, birth control pills, antibiotics, injections, natural supplements, and vitamins during the week before and during the retreat
  • Communication: If you are taking necessary medications, please contact us before the retreat

Health Requirements

We reserve the right to refuse participation in the retreat to individuals with:

  • Pregnancy
  • Heart surgery or pacemakers
  • Blood diseases
  • Mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder

Sexual Activity

Recommendation: Abstain from sexual activity, including masturbation, 2 days before the retreat to maintain optimal energy levels during the ceremonies.

Spiritual and Mental Preparation

  • Practices: Practice meditation, prayer, yoga, or other spiritual practices before the retreat. If you don’t have an established practice, engage in sincere personal prayer in the morning and evening.
  • Attitude: Maintain honesty, love, respect, humility, courage, and mental and spiritual strength before and during the retreat.

Diet the Night Before and the Day of the Ceremony

  • Night Before: Eat a healthy and abundant dinner, following dietary restrictions.
  • Day of the Ceremony: You will fast, and only water is allowed.
