13:00 – Transport to Ollantaytambo train station for train to Aguas Calientes, the town near Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, you’ll have time to relax, sightsee, and have lunch before your train departure
15:00 – Arrival in Aguas Calientes, transfer to hotel; tour guide will explain the itinerary for the following day’s Machu Picchu visit

Day 6

08:00 – Hotel pickup for Machu Picchu sanctuary tour (approx. 2 hours). Afterward, you’ll have time to sightsee and have lunch in the area
15:00 – Train back to Cusco; transportation from Cusco train station to your hotel

Day 7

08:00 – Transport from your accommodation to the airport for your departure

Steam Baths

The steam bath is an immersion into the ancestral wisdom of the Sacred Valley, blending traditional knowledge with contemporary wellness practices using 100% natural products. Located in a spacious area surrounded by scenic beauty and pure air, the steam bath offers an experience of disconnection and rejuvenation.

Allow yourself a moment of relaxation and renewal. The steam baths offer exclusive, ancestral rituals designed to foster physical and mental transformation, alleviating stress and relaxing both body and mind.

Diet Guidelines for Ceremony Preparation

To prepare for your ceremonies and retreat, we recommend:

  • Avoiding: Alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, chocolate, canned foods, red meats, pork, processed meats, spicy foods, excess salt, and artificial additives.
  • Duration: Maintain these restrictions for 7 days before the retreat.
  • Suggested Diet: Consume healthy, organic foods. White meats like chicken and fish are beneficial, especially ceviche or “leche de tigre” without chili.

For medications, avoid prescriptions, contraceptives, antibiotics, injections, natural supplements, and vitamins in the week before and during the retreat. Contact us in advance if you are taking necessary medications.

Sexual Activity: Refrain from sexual activity, including self-stimulation, two days prior to the retreat for optimal energy levels during ceremonies.
