This retreat is designed for those seeking to restore and enhance their inner energy, reconnect with themselves, others, and the vital energy of Mother Earth. It’s ideal for individuals who wish to improve personal aspects, physical or psychological well-being, and develop their energetic potential in a short period.

Guided by our expert facilitators, the activities we offer are centered around spiritual healing and personal growth. During the retreat, you will participate in the following ceremonies:

  • Energy Unification Ceremony
  • Energetic Cleansing Ceremony (Kuti)
  • Pachamama (Mother Earth) Offering Ceremony
  • 1 Spiritual Healing Session

Preparation for Spiritual Healing
Before the spiritual healing session, you will have time to meditate, balance yourself with relaxation and yoga classes, and participate in Andean ceremonies. These activities are designed to cleanse your physical, mental, and emotional energy, preparing you for a journey of self-discovery and spiritual transformation.

The Retreat Includes:

  • Transportation: From the hotel to the retreat center and back.
  • Volcanic Water Ceremony: Physical detoxification.
  • Energy Unification Ceremony.
  • Coca Leaf Reading Ceremony.
  • Kuti Ceremony: Energetic cleansing.
  • Spiritual Healing Session.
  • Pachamama Offering Ceremony (Mother Earth).

We Provide:

  • 2 Shamans: One Andean and one Shipibo spiritual guide per ceremony. If the group reaches 12 participants, 2 shamans will be included.
  • 1 Ceremony Assistant: To facilitate the retreat and ceremonies. If the group reaches 12 participants, 2 assistants will be included.
  • Translation: Quechua/Spanish to English.
  • Relaxing Massage.

Additional Activities:

  • Group Meeting: Introduction of the shamans (spiritual guides) and discussion of the ceremonies.
  • Group Sharing: Opportunity to share experiences and learnings from the ceremonies, as well as consultations available before and after sessions.
  • Diet: All food and beverages provided follow a simple and healthy vegetarian diet.
  • Accommodation: Shared rooms for three people with shared bathrooms.
  • Medical Exam: Required 24 hours before the retreat.
  • Medical Staff: A nurse will be present during the spiritual healing ceremonies to ensure participants’ safety and well-being.

Program

Day 1

  • 09:00: Pick-up from your hotel to the retreat center.
  • 10:00: Meet with WAYRA SPIRIT staff and orientation of the center.
  • 10:30: Group meeting – Introduction of the shamans (spiritual guides) and discussion of the ceremonies.
  • 11:30: Energy unification ceremony with coca leaves.
  • 11:45: Coca leaf reading ceremony.
  • 13:30: Kuti ceremony – Energetic cleansing.
  • 14:30: Relaxation time, personal meditation preparation.
  • 15:00: Massage session.
  • 18:30: Preparation for the ceremony / Personal meditation time in the main hall.
  • 19:00: Spiritual healing ceremony.

Day 2

  • 08:00: Breakfast.
  • 09:00: Group meeting – Opportunity to share experiences and learnings from the ceremony and vision explanation.
  • 10:00: Individual consultation with the shaman.
  • 10:30: Pachamama offering ceremony (Mother Earth).
  • 11:30: Group photo with the shamans.
  • 12:00: Return transportation to Cusco.

Note
Private retreats are also available, offering more flexibility in the itinerary. Private retreats can be requested depending on reservation availability and for an additional fee.

Diet

The Universe is Wise, Energy is Powerful, Love is Infinite, Guidelines Before Your Ceremony:

Dietary Recommendations

  • Avoid: Alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, chocolate, canned foods, red meat, pork, processed meats, spicy foods, excessive salt and sugar, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
  • Duration: Maintain these restrictions for 7 days before the retreat.
  • Recommended Diet: Eat healthy, organic foods. White meats like chicken and fish are allowed, especially beneficial for the brain. Dishes like ceviche and leche de tigre are recommended, provided they are prepared without chili.

Medications

  • Avoid: Prescription medications, birth control pills, antibiotics, injections, natural supplements, and vitamins during the week before and during the retreat.
  • Communication: If you are taking necessary medications, please contact us before the retreat.

Health Requirements

We reserve the right to deny participation in the retreat to individuals with:

  • Pregnancy
  • Heart surgery or pacemakers
  • Blood disorders
  • Mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
  • For antidepressant medications, please contact WAYRA SPIRIT administration to plan the safest way forward.

Sexual Activity

Recommendation: Refrain from sexual activity, including masturbation, 2 days before the retreat to maintain optimal energy levels during the ceremonies.

Spiritual and Mental Preparation

  • Practices: Practice meditation, prayer, yoga, or other spiritual activities before the retreat. If you do not have an established practice, perform a personal prayer in the morning and evening.
  • Attitude: Maintain honesty, love, respect, humility, courage, and mental and spiritual strength before and during the retreat.

Diet the Night Before and the Day of the Ceremony

  • Night Before: Have a hearty and healthy dinner, following dietary restrictions.
  • Day of the Ceremony: You will fast and consume only water.
