Ceremonies and Activities of the Retreat

You will participate in the following ceremonies:

  • Energy Unification
  • Leaf Reading (plants)
  • Kuti Ceremony (Energy Cleansing)
  • Offering Ceremony to Pachamama (Mother Earth)
  • Four Spiritual Healing Sessions

Professional Care and Continuous Support

Our team will provide professional care throughout the retreat. We will discuss your intentions and goals for your stay at WAYRA SPIRIT to meet your expectations. Our retreat is designed to bring about lasting and positive change in the lives of our participants. We will support you in processing and interpreting the information received during the healing ceremonies. Upon returning to your daily life, you will experience a sense of mindfulness, joy, and happiness derived from your connection with Mother Earth.

The Retreat Includes:

  • Transportation (from the hotel to the retreat center and return).
  • Cleansing ceremony with volcanic water (detoxification).
  • Energy unification ceremony.
  • Coca leaf reading ceremony.
  • Kuti – Cleansing ceremony (energy cleansing).
  • Spiritual healing ceremony – 4 sessions.
  • Offering ceremony to Pachamama (Mother Earth ceremony).
  • 2 shamans (Andean and Shipibo spiritual guides) per ceremony. If the group reaches a maximum of 12 participants, 2 shamans will be included.
  • 1 ceremony assistant, who will be available to participants throughout the retreat and the different ceremonies. If the group reaches a maximum of 12 participants, 2 ceremony assistants will be included.
  • Translation from Quechua/Spanish to English.
  • Relaxing massage.
  • Group meeting – Presentation of the shamans, discussion about the different ceremonies to be carried out.
  • Group meeting – An opportunity to share the experiences and learnings from the ceremonies and explain visions. Consultations available before and after the ceremonies.
  • All meals and drinks are a simple, delicious vegetarian diet.
  • Accommodation – Our facilities include basic needs, such as shared rooms for three people and shared bathrooms.
  • Medical check-up 24 hours before your retreat begins.
  • Medical staff: A nurse will always be present during the ceremonies.

Day 1

09:00 – Transport from hotel to the retreat center.
10:00 – Meet and greet with WAYRA SPIRIT staff and center orientation.
10:30 – Group meeting: Introduction to the Shamans (spiritual guides) and discussion about the different ceremonies that will take place.
11:30 – Energy unification ceremony with coca leaves.
11:45 – Coca leaf reading with the Andean Shaman.
13:30 – Kuti: Energy cleansing ceremony.
14:30 – Quiet time to relax in the center and personal meditation.
18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony and personal meditation in the main hall.
19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony.

Day 2

08:00 – Breakfast.
09:00 – Group discussion: Opportunity to share personal experiences and lessons learned during the evening ceremony, with an explanation of visions by the shamans.
10:30 – Individual consultation with the shaman.
11:30 – Quiet time to relax in the center and personal meditation.
15:00 – Relaxing massage session.
18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony and personal meditation in the main hall.
19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony.

Day 3

08:00 – Breakfast.
09:00 – Group discussion: Opportunity to share personal experiences and lessons learned during the evening ceremony, with an explanation of visions by the shamans.
10:30 – Individual consultation with the shaman.
11:30 – Quiet time to relax in the center and personal meditation.
12:00 – Lunch.
13:00 – Hike through the Sacred Valley of the Incas and visit to a nearby archaeological site (Sacsayhuaman, Ollantaytambo, or Pisac).
16:30 – Transport back to WAYRA SPIRIT facilities.
17:00 – Relaxation time.
18:00 – Dinner.

Day 4

08:00 – Breakfast.
10:00 – Group meditation (optional).
11:00 – Quiet time to relax in the center and personal meditation.
18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony and personal meditation in the main hall.
19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony.

Day 5

08:00 – Breakfast.
09:00 – Group discussion: Opportunity to share personal experiences and lessons learned during the evening ceremony, with an explanation of visions by the shamans.
10:30 – Individual consultation with the shaman.
12:00 – Lunch.
13:00 – Steam bath session.
17:00 – Return to WAYRA SPIRIT facilities from the steam baths.
18:00 – Dinner.

18:30 – Preparation for the ceremony and personal meditation in the main hall.
19:00 – Spiritual healing ceremony.

11:00 – Group photo with the Shipibo and Kero shamans.

Dietary Guidelines Before Your Ceremony

Avoid: Alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, chocolate, canned foods, red meats, pork, sausages, spicy foods, excess salt and sugar, food coloring, artificial flavors, and preservatives.
Duration: Maintain these restrictions for 7 days before the retreat.
Recommended Diet: Eat healthy, organic foods. White meats like chicken and fish are allowed, especially beneficial for the brain. Dishes like ceviche and leche de tigre are recommended, provided they are prepared without chili.
